ABOUT NATHAN
My journey with natural skincare began back in 2010, when I created my very first jar as a last-resort solution to ease irritation caused by eczema while trying to overcome asthma, hayfever and poor gut health. What started as part of a holistic lifestyle change quickly became a passion and a calling.
I first stepped into the world of natural health through a career at Healthy Life Group, where I built the foundations of my knowledge in holistic living. During this time, I launched my first skincare business, which I later sold before going on to own and manage both an organic health food store and an organic café.
My personal health transformation in the early 2000s was life-changing — overcoming chronic conditions and achieving significant weight loss. That experience showed me the profound impact of natural, holistic practices and has shaped every step of my journey since.
In 2021, I founded Barefoot Skincare Co — the culmination of over a decade of experience in natural health, skincare, and nutrition. The brand is built on the belief that what we put on and into our bodies should be pure, nourishing, and deeply connected to nature.
Today, I live on the NSW Central Coast with my wife and two daughters. From our commercial kitchen and office in Ettalong Beach, we handcraft Barefoot Skincare products in harmony with our values of wellness, sustainability, and simplicity. Every jar and supplement is a reflection of my commitment to helping others experience the same vitality and transformation that natural living has brought to my own life.
